Present for Mommy...

Madison is taking off her diapers and leaving them around the house as presents.
(I know this is a disgusting picture but it is a fact of my daily life)

The Mayan Resturant

We went to the Mayan during Christmas break. The kids love the show and atmosphere. We made reservations to sit at the front seats. The kids were shocked and excited when the hostess took us to the best seat in the house. Luckily we didn't get splashed.
Fun times as a family.

Snow Day ...

It was still snowing the day after Christmas and Jason had the remainder of the week off so we went to work on the annual snow hill. The kids love it. You wonder what the sticks are for??? Safety - so they don't take a header onto the driveway and they like to hold onto them as they are waiting to go down..

Christmas evning ...

Christmas dinner was at Aunt Jackie's and then they came to our house to see what Santa brought. We broke open Rock Band on Wii and went crazy. Except for Uncle Chris but we gave him a break because is on Eastern Time zone. Aunt Kimmy took the pic.
What a long Christmas Day but we are grateful for all our blessings. Not to mention we shoveled again before going to bed but we are grateful for Advil :)

Christmas afternoon ...

We came home from brunch to find a 2-3 foot snow drift in our driveway. We could not even make it into the garage. We had to park over at Mackay's, carry the kids in the house and start snow removal that last 3 hours+. Yes that time did include neighbors help and snow blowers. (Pictures never do justice)

The kids took a break from helping when the Larson boys came around the corner pulling a tube with their van. I even jumped on for a ride around the block.
(Jaiden, Carter, Brinlee, Hannah riding on top of the Larsen boys)
Carter was done after one trip around the block - not a thrill seeker.

Christmas Brunch with Tripps...

Madison was hooked up with her favorite things from Aunt Mel. Bracelets, Mikey Hat and Minnie Shirt. Of course as soon as she saw new clothes she started taking hers off to sport the new duds.

Carter got exactly what he wanted "a digger truck"

Any type of craft is Jaiden's favorite DS Games are always a hit - Thanks grandma great.

Elmo phone for Madison - Thanks grandma great.

Hugs all around!!!

Christmas Morning ...

Christmas morning was unique being we had no power. Kids didn't seem to mind and we are lucky because they slept until 8am. Here are pics of them checking out Santa's deliveries.
Easy to please? That face is from the round coke bottle found in her stocking from Santa.

Santa even remembered Wilson.
Everyone posing with their Christmas loot.

Santa always brings a few extra family presents.
Playing before heading out to Granny and Pa's.

Christmas Eve at Home ...

We opened our traditional PJ's however the camera went dead right after Madison. Better Christmas Eve than Christmas Day. Kids tracking Santa on computer - better get in bed!!!

Christmas Eve with Nana and Pa ...

Two peas in a pod even though they live thousand miles apart.

"The Game" who can steal Pa's seat?

Madison was crazy opening presents. She couldn't get enough.

Savanna and Madison got matching princess dresses and phones from Nana and Pa. They couldn't be happier. Their clothes started coming off as soon as they saw the dresses.

Don't forget the princess shoes from Aunt Melanie.

"Goof-ball" what is with the face???

Carter received a remote control spider from Aunt Melanie.Carter harassing the girls started immediately upon opening.

Madison was seriously scared of the spider.

For some reason she kept saying it was stinky???

Jaiden is a professional poser for the camera. She's been around her mother a while.

We scored a Wii for our family thanks to Nana and Pa.

Making cookies with cousins for Santa.

Every good evening ends "nude" and watching our favorite show.
