Cold Play Concert

We were able to attend the Cold Play concert. It was amazing!!! We were in a suite and dinner and drinks were nice, but we felt old sitting in a suite instead of on the floor. We loved the concert! Of course I forgot my camera - I am old school when they used to search for cameras.

Family Pics...

We needed a family pic for our Christmas cards. We got together with our friends/neighbors and headed to Gardner Village for a amateur photo shoot. It worked out pretty well and we all had a lot of fun together. The kids enjoyed having their friends around to make them smile.
The whole crew (except for Aaron who was the photographer - THANKS Aaron)

Throw-ups ...

I swear we had the throw-ups for 4 weeks straight. No one was on the same schedule. We would go 4-5 days between each person taking their turn on the couch. Poor Carter had it the worst and was up every 1/2 hour throughout the night. Jaiden of course was miss independent and took care of most of it herself. Unfortunately for our babysitter Jaiden's throw-ups started while we were out. Thanks to Nana and Pa for rescuing her.

Sweets Factory field trip

We went to Sweets Candy Factory with Miss Shelley's preschool. It was actually quite interesting. Tons of sugar used and lots of machines. Taste testing was of course the best.

I'm going to win ...

Jaiden entered the reflections contest in the film category. She video taped herself spinning on the playground. We warned her that not everyone will win but that it counts towards her bear cub award. We weren't going to go to the awards ceremony but I received a phone call from the school letting me know that she had won. Before we went to the awards ceremony we again were warning her that she may not win but she made the statement, "I am going to win." Not sure if that confidence is a good thing or not. Of course they called her name and she marched right up there to receive her award.

We are thankful that our extended families are so close and always support us. WE are PROUD of you JAIDEN.

Disney on Ice

We took the family to Disney on Ice. They really enjoyed it. Its sad but Jaiden already seems to be growing out of the "disney" age. She still had fun watching her brother and sister's excitement when each character came out. Madison and Carter just couldn't believe it. I think it is time to head to DisneyWorld.

Flying broom ...

Carter and Madison were in the playroom when I heard fighting and screaming. I turned the corner just in time to see Carter throw the play broom at Madison. It was circling in the air and of course the bristles hit Madison square in the check. My blood started boiling, I lost it and kick Carter in the butt and sent him to his room. It was not a proud mom moment. I felt so bad for Madison. Jason called it her "brother road rash."

Let it snow, Let it snow ...

Madison and Carter playing in the snow together.
Madison , Carter and Brinlee running wild in the snow.

Carter and Brinlee played really well together for quite a while.

Snow went down shirts and in faces but no crying was heard.

Madison's first real snow experience.
She was the abominable snowman but loved playing outside.

What is this stuff???

Does it taste good???

Why are my hands cold? It is sticking to my sesame street gloves.
Cheese!
I went looking for Jaiden after school because she never came in and said she was home. I looked out the window and found her building a snowman all by herself. It was so cute. She must have came inside, grabbed the snowman bucket and got started.

I love taking pictures of my kids when they don't know I am around.

She did a really good job. She has always been such an independent kid.
